Consent(Required)

In consideration of Emberlight Festival’s contributions to Ironwood and the artistic community, I grant the Emberlight Festival a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual and irrevocable worldwide license to use, modify and reproduce submitted photographs and videos of my installation in the Festival’s 2025 Art in the Park. The media may be used for any commercial, artistic or editorial purpose and without run restrictions in print, web and digital media.*

I hereby acknowledge and agree to release and hold harmless and indemnify the Emberlight Festival or anyone associated with the above listed from any responsibility, personal liability, loss or damage in connection with the festival.
