Molly Goldman is a versatile violist and violinist based in New York City, known for her dynamic performances across a wide spectrum of musical genres. With a Master of Music in Viola Performance from The Juilliard School and a Bachelor’s degree from The Eastman School of Music, Molly’s career spans solo and chamber music, musical theater, orchestral engagements, and opera. Her recent chamber music performances have included working with ensembles such as the American Wild Ensemble, the Broadway Strings and Ensemble Signal. Molly is also recognized for her contributions to Broadway, having performed in productions like Spamalot, Wicked, and Sweeney Todd, among many others.
In addition to her performing career, Molly is deeply involved in music education and community outreach. She has served as a member of violin and viola faculty at Silver Music, where she developed the Suzuki viola program, conducts the advanced orchestra and teaches numerous students. Driven by a passion for both performance and education, Molly strives to make music exciting, engaging and accessible for all audiences.
