The Season Pass provides all-access to every major event, from iconic films like Fantasia 2000 and Waitress – The Musical to the Emberlight International Film Festival and unforgettable chamber music performances. The Film Festival Pass is perfect for movie lovers, granting access to all four nights of independent films with the option to upgrade to VIP Table seating for an enhanced experience at The Ember Club. The Music Pass includes two intimate chamber music performances featuring Adam Rothenberg and The Broadway Strings, including George Gershwin’s jazz symphony Rhapsody in Blue. By bundling your tickets, all three passes offer $5 off each ticket, ensuring the best value for enjoying these exceptional events.
NEW PASS UPDATES IN 2025:
- No more extra fees! We are combining our service fees into the ticket prices. That means the price you see listed is the price you pay — no surprise fees at checkout!
- Pass holders will receive a commemorative lanyard that will serve as your single ticket throughout the summer. When you arrive at the theater, proceed to the dedicated Pass Holder line, check in with our attendant, et voilà… you’re done! No need to waste paper printing tickets, or hassle with pulling PDFs up on your phone.
- We have expanded our passes to include tickets in all tiers. Now you can sit in less expensive seats some nights and save money. Don’t worry, you’ll still get the pass discount!
- Want to upgrade to a VIP Table at The Ember Club? During checkout you can select a night (or all four) of the Film Festival screenings and upgrade to a VIP Table for only $22.50 per person. The best part? The pass discount also applies to the VIP Tables. ✨

TICKET PASS FAQs
After you select seats for the first event in the package a popup window will appear asking “Would you like the same seats in all events?” Click no.
Select the VIP Tables on the seating charts for the nights you would like to purchase.
NOTE: Both seats at a table need to be purchased together. This means if you are going to purchase a VIP Table using a pass you will need to purchase two tickets in the pass (even for the nights you aren’t at a table).
You may! This year we expanded our pass to include the three different ticket prices at the Hurley Auditorium. If you want to save a few dollars one night, you can select a less expensive ticket one night and sit in a different seat for the next concert. We love versatility!
No! This year we are simplifying the ticket process for pass holders. You will receive a commemorative lanyard that you will use as your ticket for events. When you arrive at the theater, head to the special Pass Holder lane and a dedicated member of our team will have your tickets printed and waiting for you.
We will have the lanyards ready starting in early July. Once they are ready, our Box Office team will reach out. You can either pick them up at the Emberlight Box Office (234 E. Aurora St. Ironwood, MI 49938) or at the theater before your first event.
Yes, all orders will receive an email receipt. A PDF of your tickets will be included in this order, however you do not need to print the tickets! The PDF tickets are just for your reference.
