- Your Pass, Simplified: Pass holders receive a commemorative Emberlight lanyard that serves as your single ticket throughout the festival. Simply check in at the dedicated Pass Holder line when you arrive — no printed tickets or phone scanning required.
- Flexible Seating Options: Passes now work across multiple seating tiers, giving you the freedom to mix and match seating levels while still receiving the pass discount.
- VIP Upgrades at The Ember Club: Want the full club experience during the Film Festival? Pass holders can upgrade any screening to a VIP Table during checkout for a special discounted rate. Enjoy plush cabaret seating, table service, and Emberlight’s signature hospitality throughout the evening.

TICKET PASS FAQs
After you select seats for the first event in the package a popup window will appear asking “Would you like the same seats in all events?” Click no.
Select the VIP Tables on the seating charts for the nights you would like to purchase.
You may! We expanded our passes to include every seating tier at our three venues. If you want to save a few dollars one night, you can select a less expensive ticket one night and sit in a different seat for the next concert. We love versatility!
No! This year we are simplifying the ticket process for pass holders. You will receive a commemorative lanyard that you will use as your ticket for events. When you arrive at the theater, head to the special Pass Holder lane and a dedicated member of our team will have your tickets printed and waiting for you.
We will have the lanyards ready starting in early July. Once they are ready, our Box Office team will reach out. You can either pick them up at the Emberlight Box Office (234 E. Aurora St. Ironwood, MI 49938) or at the theater before your first event.
Yes, all orders will receive an email receipt. A PDF of your tickets will be included in this order, however you do not need to print the tickets! The PDF tickets are just for your reference.
