Ar likens herself to an alchemist when she takes out her tools and enters the world of fire and metal that comprises the art of coppersmithing. Her fascination with this locally-mined mineral knows no bounds, and she is constantly experimenting with the medium of copper. Ar loves demonstrating her copper techniques, and teaching at Ironwood’s DAP, where she has a studio.
