Karen is a knitter, weaver, spinner, and felt-maker. Her favorite fiber is wool, and she harvests plenty of it from her flock of sheep on Moonstone Farm in Ironwood. Karen first became aware of Monumental Knitting Circles five years ago, and has been yearning to bring the experience to the UP ever since. She’s grateful to the other twenty nine knitters joining her around the circle.
