Rachel is a student athlete in her senior year at A.D. Johnston High School. Her athletic career includes
basketball, volleyball, softball, and soccer. She also participates in Quiz Bowl and Science Olympiad, and is a member of the student council and the Key Club. During her downtime, Rachel enjoys spending time with her dog, listening to music, and hanging out with friends.
“I hope becoming an Emberlight Ambassador will help me get one step closer to my goal of making and producing films full of representation, whether that’s mental health or LGBTQ+ representation. I think people don’t like what they don’t understand. That’s why I believe having good representation is important, especially in kids’ television and movies. I feel we need to normalize different types of people and different types of couples. It’s something I have become incredibly passionate about.”
