Are you a photography enthusiast, a seasoned pro, or simply someone who loves a great image? Join us for Click • Capture • Create — a special evening with the featured artists of Emberlight Photographers 2025.
Since 2021, a dedicated group of photographers has captured the essence of Emberlight, submitting over 6,000 photos of our performances, events, and landscapes. This year’s exhibition is our largest yet, featuring more photographers and breathtaking images than ever before.
Hosted by Ken Wiele, this engaging event brings together multi-year Emberlight photographers to share their experiences — from photographing the rugged beauty of Lake Superior to capturing striking portraits from around the world. Throughout the evening, you’ll have the chance to meet the artists, hear the stories behind their work, and get insider tips on the best places to shoot in the Northwoods.

In addition to Emberlight Photographers, which has become one of the festival’s signature events, we are pleased to expand our photography offerings this summer.
Pathways in Photography (June 28) offers free classes with members of our Photography Team in three distinct techniques: Photojournalism, Nature and Portraits. Click • Capture • Create (July 30) is also back this summer, bringing audiences “behind the lens” with stories and anecdotes from our photographers, hosted by Ken Wiele.
