We kick off the 2024 International Film Festival with a line-up of standout films curated by Film Festival Director Colton Pometta and Artistic Director Miles Mykkanen. Throughout Director’s Cut we will dive into some of our best submissions of the season while sharing anecdotes from our judges.

ABOUT EIFF
The 2024 Emberlight International Film Festival (EIFF) will feature three evenings of films (Director’s Cut on August 16, Echoes of the World on August 18, and Inside the Frame on August 21) all culminating in our annual award show THE EMBYS on August 23. We screen over 800 films from 78 countries across the globe, and invite approximately 35 films as Official Selections in our annual festival. Our judges of industry professionals help us award over $2,500 in prizes. Official Selections of the 2024 season will be announced on Thursday, June 27.
ABOUT THE EMBER CLUB
Ironwood’s hottest new experience: The Ember Club.

As an extension of the rich history and versatility of Theatre North, we are transforming Ironwood’s playhouse into a club that will rival Chicago or New York. The center section of Theatre North’s first two rows of seats will be removed and replaced with VIP cabaret tables, giving a new definition to the best seats in the house. The VIP tables include an exclusive wine and beer list, a dedicated entrance, table service, cushioned armchairs with 360˚ rotation and light snacks before the show and during intermission.
Don’t worry, we still have 130 tickets available for each performance in Theatre North’s regular seating! Audiences love the theatre’s wide seats and immense leg room — there really isn’t a bad seat in the house.
This summer we are shifting to a reserved seating system for both the regular seats and VIP tables. Now you can select your seats during checkout and know precisely where you’ll sit during the show.
We are excited to announce that Theatre North is being fitted for air conditioning this summer, so you can enjoy all of Emberlight’s performances in comfort.
Oh, we almost forgot — Every ticket to The Ember Club includes complimentary wine & beer! Each night at the club will be a party. You have seven chances to join us for movie nights and cabarets from August 15 – 23.

We have revamped our 2024 ticket packages to bring you versatility and immense savings this summer. It’s pretty simple — Buy tickets to multiple events and save money!
This season you pick which events you want to attend, rather than buying a package to every event like in years past. Buying three of more events will bring you at least 10% off your tickets.
Select the seats you want for your first event. In the checkout window click “Continue Shopping” in the upper right hand corner to add more tickets to your order. Once all your events have been selected, enter the following codes in the “Discount Code” line and click “Apply.”
